Privacy Policy
Short version: The Reality Tracker app stores all your personal data on your device. We do not collect it, sell it, or share it. Full details below.
1. Who We Are
Reality Tracker is a mobile application and companion web service to the book The Hidden Treasure: The Source Code of Reality.
The service is operated by:
As a company registered in the Czech Republic (EU), we operate under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. The App Is Local-First
By default, everything you enter in the Reality Tracker app stays on your device. This includes:
- Morning and evening check-ins (mood, energy, alignment scores)
- Signal logs (sync, flow, friction, gift — including descriptions)
- Workbook answers (all 91 questions)
- Prophet tool notes and reflections
- All historical tracking data and streaks
None of this data is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (see Section 4).
Deleting the app deletes all your data. There is no backup unless you have enabled cloud sync.
3. What the App Does Not Do
- We do not collect any usage analytics from the app
- We do not use advertising SDKs or tracking pixels
- We do not share your data with third parties
- We do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location
4. Optional: Cloud Sync (Premium Feature)
If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is backed up and synced across your devices. This is an opt-in premium feature.
When cloud sync is enabled:
- Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
- Data is stored on servers located in the European Union
- Only you can access your data — it is associated with your account credentials
- You can disable sync and request deletion of your cloud data at any time via your account page
- We do not read, analyze, or process your synced content
Cloud sync is entirely optional. The app is fully functional without it.
5. Optional: AI Insights (Premium Feature)
The AI Insights feature provides weekly analysis of your tracking patterns. When you enable this feature:
- What we send: Anonymized, aggregated weekly statistics only — for example: "7 check-ins this week, average energy 3.2/5, 4 sync signals logged." Nothing more.
- What we do not send: Signal descriptions, workbook answers, personal notes, or any free-text content you have written
- How it works: These aggregated numbers are forwarded to the Anthropic Claude API, which generates a written insight. The response is shown to you in the app.
- No identification: The data sent to the API contains no name, email, device ID, or any other identifier
- Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy
AI Insights is opt-in and can be disabled at any time in app Settings.
6. Website (thesourcecodeofreality.com)
When you visit our website:
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tools

Email signup (workbook): If you sign up to receive the free workbook or book launch updates, we collect your email address. We use it only to send you what you requested and occasional updates about the book and app. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We do not share email addresses with third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email.
