Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reality Tracker mobile application, or by accessing thesourcecodeofreality.com or account.thesourcecodeofreality.com (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users worldwide. Where applicable, users in the European Union also have rights under GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. About the Service

Reality Tracker is a personal consciousness and awareness tracking tool. It is a companion application to the book The Hidden Treasure: The Source Code of Reality by Miroslav Lalik.

The Service is provided by:

• Optional cloud sync and backup infrastructure
• Optional AI Insights feature (powered by Anthropic Claude)
• The 91-question workbook (digital format)
• The 15 prophet wisdom tools and related content

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. The Reality Tracker app works fully without an account — all data is stored locally on your device.

An account is required for:

• Cloud sync (premium feature — back up and sync across devices)
• Access to premium subscription features
• Managing notification preferences via the web

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at miroslav.lalik@trafinoil.cz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Reality Tracker offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Premium features include cloud sync, AI Insights, and additional content.

Billing: Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase.

Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS)
• Your Google Play subscription settings (Android)
• Your account page at account.thesourcecodeofreality.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased your subscription. We do not process refunds directly.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Intellectual Property

The following content is owned by SolutionBox Corp s.r.o. and protected by copyright:

• The 91-question workbook and all workbook content
• The 15 prophet wisdom tool descriptions and exercises
• All written content in the app (practices, insights, explanations)
• The Reality Tracker app design, interface, and branding
• All text excerpts from The Hidden Treasure: The Source Code of Reality

This content is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

The app itself is licensed to you under the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play store agreement. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the app.

6. AI Features

The AI Insights feature generates weekly analysis of your tracking patterns using Anthropic's Claude API.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not relevant to your specific situation. We make no warranties about the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated content.

The AI Insights feature is opt-in. When enabled, anonymized, aggregated statistics (not personal content) are sent to Anthropic's API. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Not a Medical Device

Reality Tracker is a personal development tool for tracking subjective awareness and life experiences. It is not:

• A medical device
• A mental health diagnostic tool
• A therapeutic application
• A substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or copy content from the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Service

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible. If we discontinue the Service, cloud data will remain accessible for a minimum of 90 days after notice is given.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolutionBox Corp s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated insights

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country grants you additional rights.
